These Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines and expectations for all cleaning services provided by The Clean Crusader. By booking a service, you agree to the policies listed below. Our goal is to create clear communication, reliable service, and a smooth experience every time.

  1. Service Scheduling and Access
    Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If we arrive and cannot enter for any reason, the appointment will be considered a lockout. A lockout fee equal to fifty percent of the scheduled service will apply.
  2. Payment Policy
    Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been approved in advance. We accept email money transfer, cash, or card payments. Late payments or non payments may result in suspension of future bookings.
  3. Deposits
    A deposit of $50.00 is required for all one-time cleans. Deposits are non refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
  4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
    We understand that plans change. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the $50.00 deposit fee.  Appointments changed with at least 48 hours notice will be reimbursed the $50.00 deposit fee, or have it applied against the rescheduled appointment date.
  5. Service Estimates
    All quotes are based on information provided by the client. If the actual condition of the property requires more time, additional charges may apply. In these cases, we will communicate any adjustments before continuing.
  6. Quality Guarantee
    If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, please notify us within twenty four hours. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. This guarantee applies only to work completed during the original appointment and does not cover areas not included in the original service request.
  7. Health and Safety
    For the safety of our team, we do not handle hazardous materials, bio waste, hoarding situations, or heavily infested environments unless previously discussed and approved. We require that walkways and floors be free of excessive clutter before our arrival.
  8. Pets
    We are pet friendly, although clients are responsible for ensuring pets are secured and non aggressive during service. Pet waste cleanup is not included unless arranged ahead of time, and additional fees may apply.
  9. Supplies and Equipment
    We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment needed for the job. If a client prefers specific products or tools, they must be supplied by the client and noted during booking.
  10. Breakage and Damage Policy
    Our cleaners take great care in every home and business. In the rare event of accidental damage, we will notify the client immediately and assess the situation. The Clean Crusader is not responsible for items that are already unstable, improperly installed, or in fragile condition. Clients must secure valuable or sentimental items before appointments.
  11. Property Condition
    We reserve the right to refuse service when a property presents safety hazards, excessive clutter, or conditions outside the scope of standard cleaning. Additional charges may apply for homes requiring above normal cleaning effort.
  12. Recurring Service Rates
    Recurring clients receive discounted pricing. This pricing relies on consistent scheduling. If recurring visits are skipped or delayed beyond the normal schedule, the next cleaning may be billed as a standard rate or deep clean rate depending on the condition of the space.
  13. Move In and Move Out Services
    These services assume the property is empty and ready for cleaning. If belongings or furniture remain, additional time and charges may apply.
  14. Post Renovation Cleaning
    Construction dust and debris require extra attention. These jobs may generate additional charges if the condition is beyond what was described during booking.
  15. Commercial Cleaning
    Commercial clients may sign a service agreement outlining frequency, duties, and billing terms. Commercial contracts follow their own policies unless otherwise stated.
  16. Privacy
    We respect your privacy. Our team will never access personal items, open closed drawers or cabinets unless cleaning inside was specifically requested, or share any information about your home or business.
  17. Liability
    We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues that arise from old finishes, loose fixtures, or unstable items.
  18. Right to Modify Terms
    These Terms and Conditions may be updated when needed. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised policies.
